Make Bison Ridge Lodge your next mountain retreat! Beautifully decorated in modern mountain décor, Bison Ridge Lodge is nestled on one acre of aspens and evergreens but still in the center of it all.

On the main level, enjoy the open concept great room, gourmet kitchen and dining seating for up to 16. Grab a bottle of wine from the bar fridge and play board games at the live-edge oak dining table. Relax fireside in the great room enjoying the mountain views, music on the surround sound, or the game you've been waiting for. The upper loft entertains with relaxed seating, a TV with Xbox and a poker table that converts to bumper pool. Last but not least, the kiddos have their own space in the loft with a dedicated playroom, complete with toys and a nugget couch!

On the main level, find the Master Bison Suite sleeping two in a king bed, along with a private deck and en suite bath. Sleeping for the remaining guests is on the lowest level where 4 additional bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms provide the utmost comfort. On this level, our Bear Family suite offers a king bed plus a twin perfect for littles where you’ll find an en-suite bathroom. Our Horse Suite features a king bed and en suite bath that is shared with the remaining bedrooms. Our Stag Queen bedroom sleeps 2 additional guests. Our kid’s favorite is the Moose Bunkroom that sleeps up to 6 in two bunk beds — a captain's bunk with full bed and twin on top with twin trundle on bottom and a twin over twin bunk. If the need arises, find two daybeds, an additional queen bed and a twin sleeper pull-out chair in the loft.

The Property

Just off the great room, enjoy sun-soaked mountain views or roast smores by the gas fire table on the front deck. Head through the house to the backyard where you can admire the color-changing aspens from the private hot tub or anticipate a passing moose or fox on the spacious back deck. Watch as the kids or pups explore nature on the private one-acre property in the quiet Wellington neighborhood.

You’ll only feel miles away at Bison Ridge Lodge as it is situated less than 1 mile to Main Street. Head into town with a quick hike through the evergreens or a 15 minute stroll down Wellington. Or take the free shuttle route nearby to the Gondola.

After a long day of skiing or hiking, stash your gear in the heated garage and put your boots on the Gear Dryer. The non-skiers in your party will appreciate the snow shoes, sleds, yard games, board games and more that we’ve stocked so everyone can feel right at home!
